Same issue, didnt even enjoy the board for more than a few hours. Tried updating bios and now have the same 00 qcode. Also on 9800x3d. Tore it all apart and put back together to no avail. Tried flbk and it didn't help. 

What qcode are you getting on your motherboard? Might be doing memory learning and you just have to let it finish? Just a guess.

Lowered speed to 5800mhz with xmp profile and seems to be ok, made a few runs in tarkov and didn't have issues so far, will continue to test.
