Hello i would like to know if someone faced this situation? GPU and CPU fans are both 0 rpm,-I tried to switch to latest BIOS version and roll back aswell-I updated the latest drivers-I replaced the fans, still not spinning,Any ideas??
Yes, MyAsus app shows the fans may not be working error, since they stop spinning, same error after i changed fans.
Lap serial number is R5 . Im not sure where i should get the RMA from?
