I am having the same issue as well. There seems to be a connection instability with the latest firmware update as well as certain high treble frequencies are piercing compared to before the update.
Audio feedback specifically with voice applications like voicemod or any app that lets you preview your microphone sounds. There will be an echo in the microphone recordings or an echo when you hear yourself. It's a non issue in wireless mode.
