asus 670E hero motherboard . struck with window 11 24H2 Installation

HiAnyone like me struck with 42% win 11 24H2 installation? Eevn i tried to unplug GPU and some extra SATA hdd also no use.   I also even update the BIOS.

 HiAnyone here like me struck at win11 24H2 installation?  I tried to disable or enable secure boot but no avail.   I always struck at 42%.
