@PWN3D_ Does Armoury Crate constantly nag you to update the firmware every time you open it? Just trying to understand how easy it might be to accidentally update the firmware and be stuck with the issue if one were to get the headset.
@PWN3D_ thanks for verifying this! Kind of insane it took less time for you to get a replacement headset and test this than for an ASUS representative to simply answer whether this is a firmware regression.

@izzyreb02 Have you tried to see if you can replicate it using the steps from my earlier post? It would be a good data point to confirm whether or not it’s only happening on the latest firmware.
