Unable to play EAFC24

I have a 2022 model Asus tuf A15 (ryzen7, 6800H, RTX 3060 6gb) and I don't understand how I cannot play the game EAFC24 with even low configuration settings. The game launches and all options work.. but while playing online with friends or multiplayer it stutters alot..really disappointed.

Anyone know if it's fixable?

Have you tried contacting the game support or check the community hub to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem?
