My new TUF laptop has the Intel i7-13620H processor and wouldn't boot past the ASUS logo after installing the Windows Update. I tried everything I knew to get it to complete the boot process but finally gave up and took it to a computer shop who had a tech who said she could help! She got it to boot by reinstalling drivers but I don’t know which drivers! She also said my laptop’s failure to fully boot wasn’t the same reason as the Intel processor crashing issue.
Also I read somewhere that laptop processors weren’t being affected by the recent Intel crashing issue but I feel I need to verify that information!
Was my processor one of those Intel processors affected by the recent Intel 13th and 14th Gen Raptor Lake issue and do I need to do an RMA to Intel – or if not -- do I need to install the recent Intel bio update to fix any upcoming issue?

I also have TUF Laptop with i7 13620H. fortunately, I haven't encountered these issues for now. I'm curious, does that happened when you turn it on for the first time then installed windows update or does it happened couple days after you bought it?

It was a couple of days after I bought it! It ran fine when I first booted it up! I'd already installed a number of programs that I had on my older ASUS ROG laptop and it was running fine. I'd neglected to do a save point like I should have when I first got the laptop, so couldn't go back to a previously saved point. Then -- when the notice appeared that I needed to do a Windows Update, I let it do the update. Then when it tried to reboot, it couldn't get past the ASUS logo screen! The computer tech I eventually took it to said the driver to access the OS was broken! During my many attempts to get it to boot, I had checked Device Manager and saw that there were many other driver issues showing the little yellow triangle!
