Does your laptop feature 16GB or 8GB soldered RAM?

When you buy new RAM you need to try and match the memory timings for this to successfully work.

It might be faulty or just not compatible.

Download CPUID and check the memory section and SPD section, this will help find out the spec for the current RAM.

So if the old ram cannot run at Cas Latency 22 it could be an issue.

My laptop suport cl20, cl22 on 3200mhz.

I have buying Kingston 16gb 3200 mhz with cl 20 from fury and it's working perfect now.
