TUF A16 FA608WI USB-C charging issue

Hey

If I have battery care mode enabled (charge limit 80%) my laptop wont charge via USB-C. I have a powerbank which shows that it only "charges" at 2watts. If I turn off battery care mode, charge speeds goes to 100watts immediately. 

Is there a fix for this?

Same issue. Also device is charging to 100% and then discharging (which degrades battery over time, no direct power form USB-PD (my charger supports 100 W PD with PPS)). Please implement an option to stay on USB power while battery is fully charged.
