TUF A15 2022 FA507RC

HI guys I have an TUF A15 2022 FA507RC.

Among other ports it has a USB C port with SS & D markings.

This port after several tests:

- it CAN send video signal using an adapter USB C to HDMI (teste 3 of those adapters)

- it CANNOT ne used for normal file transfer (I've tested several cables with different devices attached)

Is it normal that the port to have just video out and no file transfer capability??

I've solved the issues.

For the USB C port with video output you'll need a cable with these minimal requirements if you want to make a simple transfer:  USB 3.2 Gen2x2 type C
