It seems that since the last Bios Update my Thunderbolt 2 Device stopped working cause asus has been this in the last Bios Update, the solution is a downgrade NVM31 firmware but asus just release this for a mother board not for laptops, This is a clue Solved: Thunderbolt Downgrade NVM31 Solution for Thunderbo... - Republic of Gamers Forum - 1013115 (... but this firmware not works with laptops. I contacted to asus support and they are asking me for a factory reset and loose all my info or wait until the next update.
