Hello!
My Specifications:
Laptop: ASUS TUF GAMING A17 FA707RE
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics
GPU: RTX 3050Ti 4GB
RAM: 8GB + 8GB (dual channel)
I have noticed a problem with my laptop ASUS TUF GAMING A17 FA707RE when playing any modern game with fullscreen.
Actually, what is specifically the problem. When playing games (for example: Cyberpunk 2077, Apex Legends, Minecraft), in fullscreen setting, I get a problem - sometimes the screen is displayed double. More specifically, the upper half of the screen is displayed in the lower half and is constantly appearing and disappearing. When appearing it is shaking and moving up and down.
I tried such GPU Power profiles (available in Armoury Crate) as: Optimized and Standart (MSHybrid) and with preset: Turbo and Performance. In all cases the problem persists. Then I tried to switch to Windowed Borderless and the problem disappeared, the screen was not doubled and was displaying correctly without any issues.
After that, I tried to use Ultimate GPU Power Profile, and the problem went away immediately, no more double display of the screen in Fullscreen. I recorded a video in order to show what it actually looks like, but actually when I watched the record, no artifacts were seen on the video.
Also, during the video I displayed on the screen FPS Monitor app, in order to identify the possible problem, because I thought it appears when Integrated GPU (Radeon Graphics) interferes with Discrete GPU (RTX 3050Ti), and identified that those artifacts appears at the same time with a sudden drop of Discrete GPU Usage (for example, you may see on the recording that sometimes the dGPU usage - called GPU2 in the monitor, suddenly may drop, which is the moment when the upper half of the screen appears in the bottom part).
In order to describe what it actually looks like, I present two videos - Recording using Nvidia Geforce Experience and video recorded on the phone (which actually shows what I described above).
First Video: Phone Recording (I recorded Cyberpunk example of the issue, on 0:14 the issue is present. Also, I recorded only Cyberpunk (where I observed that the screen duplication appeared when the integrated GPU suddenly became active for a split of second and got usage of ~90%), because Apex Legends has no longer recreated the described issue, I don't know why, I couldn't recreate the issue, if it will reappear, I will upload it here)

Update: When I was writing the post, I decided to re open Apex in order to record the display using my phone, but I did not observe this issue to be present in the game anymore, I don't know why and how, but it just decided to work properly both on firing range and in a real match. I will update and record the issue if it appears again in order to provide the full description of the issue based on one game, for now, separate games but the same issue was observed.
