I got this laptop (TUF Gaming F17 FX707VV) brand new like a week ago and have the problem with sleep mode.
Firstly i dont like the new s0 low power "sleep" mode, because i may leave sometimes the laptop in my bag for a day or two and fan working and overheating pose significant issues and risks
Now the problem, when I changed to s3 sleep, i found out that when laptop goes to sleep it doesnt wake up at all without hard reset (no button even power up button or mouse work). I updated all drivers trough myasus and all vga and gpu drivers trough official providers (intel and nvidia), bios is latest version available on website and disabled fast boot and hibernation after sleep/hibernating sleep.
Can it be a hardware problem i need to change the laptop with warranty or is it strictly firmware problem and no hardware is involved? If firmware can it be solved somehow or only hibernation is the option (although dont quite like it)?
Or is it better to return the pc and buy another brand without those issues?
TL:DR - Sleep mode s3 doesnt work while s0 does work but not convinient, while all is up to date, can it be firmware or hardware problem? If firmware, does solution exists?
