S0 idle mode causes trouble M3402RA

Hi! Since there's no forum for regular asus laptops I've gather up the courage to post here. Sorry in advance.

I have a Vivobook S 14 laptop (model m3402ra) and I really have a hard time enjoying this product. Having it was mostly a pain so as a last resort I decided to ask here myabe I'll encounter people with similar issue as I have a reason to think my problems are occuring accross the whole vivobook series.

I have 2 major issues. First, when my laptop enters sleep mode while bluetooth is on and playing music it starts stuttering a bit, skipping audio from time to time. Second, after I close the lid and open it back up again after 5-10 mins the screen doesn't turn on. The light indicator on the side of the laptop keep blinking until I plug the adapter back in, then the screen turns on.

To temporarily fix this I set my laptop to go into hibernation when I close the lid but it doesn't help with the bluetooth issue.

I've read all the posts about S0 vs S3 modes and as I understand my laptop doesn't support S3 at all and I am left with this piece of crap of a mode that really ruins the experience for me.

Any help with bluetooth will be highly appreciated since I think I did everything possible to this laptop. The only thing that worked is disabling GPU driver and use the default one. Bluetooth starts working normally but I can't use an external monitor.

PS. Just want to express my deepest contempt for ASUS and the politics they adhere to with costumers. Absolute nightmare of a company. Never been so frustrated with a piece of tech in my life.
