S Z X keys not working

I have asus A15 tuf gaming laptop and i have noticed that my S , Z , X keys are not working properly

I have noticed that there are thousands of users having the same issue

some says it's temperature related

But what is the solution ??

I have tried cleaning The keys S Z X but i guess it's just software issue as it occurs for thousands of users

Update:
Got my keyboard replaced at an authorized ASUS service center in India for ₹7344. After testing it for a full day (8+ hours), the issue with S, Z, X keys is completely gone. ✅ Seems like it's a hardware issue, not software or temperature-related. Hope this helps others facing the same problem!

It's been 1 month since i replaced my laptop keyboard 

I don't see any issue now

Games runs smoothly at cost of ₹7344
