RMA problem...

Hello all. I have a problem with my one month old N53 SV and was hoping that someone here might be able to help. I bought my laptop at the end of April complete with the 3 year global warranty extension. My first impression of the laptop was good FHD screen was great and the computer had enough grunt for what I wanted. However I noticed the right click wasn´t working properly, it took several clicks to work. I contacted Asus and the laptop was returned to Asus´s service partner in Austria, TAB Electrical Services. The laptop was picked up and returned in a week, all good I thought. However trying to log in I noticed that some of my key strokes weren´t registering and the laptop now had over 50 dead pixels but at least the touch pad was working correctly!
Yet another RMA and get the laptop back in a week again but the keyboard problem is still there, the top row numbers 0-9, backspace, 2 function keys s and t keys don´t work, even though according to the repair sheet they have replaced the keyboard, checked and tested the laptop. I contacted Asus again and was informed to uninstall and reinstall the ATK drivers, which of course did nothing.
So before I begrudgingly send the laptop back again does anyone think there is anything I can do to fix the problem, should I check the connection to the Motherboard (which according to the first repair sheet was replaced) for example.
I really don´t want to send the laptop back again as I don´t really trust the repair center to fix the problem without messing something else up and I have hardly had the chance to use my new toy.
So far dealing with Asus has been a pain, the web sites server can´t cope, the only feed back I´ve had is a "sorry for the inconvenience" and thank god for forums like this one and notebookreview because Asus doesn´t provide one
Thanks in advance

Welcome Scoopage to ROGforum.
This is Asus .. ROG. There is also http://vip.asus.com to register and support.

What of where you bought it ? Any return .. or past ?

Does taking out the keyboard .. or opening the case enough to inspect it
void the warranty ?
How many times do you have to return it before .. well ... it is replaced instead ?

Mason@Asus handle issues like this in the U.S.
I would PM him with your situation and see if he can look into it ...

@ this point .. I think you almost 'have' to send it back in and cross fingers...
but pm mason ... Get it out front where it can be corrected if it can.c.

Thanks, Chris. I'm still hoping for an easy fix. I didn't take the laptop back to where I bought it because I thought I'd be clever and cut out the middle man, which really hasn't worked out and its escalated from there. I suppose I'll have to RMA it now and post it later, the pick up service here requires you to wait all day at home screw that!
It's after the third repair that Asus replace a unit, right? Does anyone have any experience with this?
I'll pm Mason and see what he says although I doubt whether he can do anything over here but you never know!
