I have this laptop:
Asus Tuf gaming F15 FX507ZM
An update to the BIOS and software came out in January and since then there is no RGB or the option to set RGB in the software.
The software does not detect an RGB product or the option to set at least lights on the keyboard.
I tried removing the Armory Crate and reinstalling it.
Still unsuccessful, the software does not recognize the keyboard as RGB.
Any suggestions to fix this?
Been waiting for months for an update and the software doesn't recognize any new update from Asus.
