This appeared after the update "ASUS Windows Dynamic Lighting Plug-in 1.9.0.0". After reboot the error does not appear. Also, the "Default" window does not appear at startup. What is this and how to fix it? Laptop ASUS Tuf Gaming F15 RTX 3050 i5 11400H.

Just delete aac folder to safe mode

And then, in normal mode, with a quick startup, will the system work stably?

Perfectly fine yess

The full name of the folder is "AacAmbientHal"?

how do i get to safe mode ?

I have now deactivated the dynamic lighting in Windows/Settings because I don't have any Asus devices that use this Windows dynamic light anyway.
I only have RGB fans, motherboard and graphics card that Aura can control.
Let's see if this deactivation helps before I simply delete various folders.
Question about this:
Do corresponding error messages appear in the event log and reliability display after deletion?
If this Aac folder is deleted, then it should no longer appear as a plugin in ArmoryCrate or it will still be in the plugin list
Will this plugin be offered to install again after the folder has been deleted?

To workaround temporarily, you can do this:
1. Goto the folder, usually "C:\Program Files\ASUS\AacAmbientHal";
2. Rename AacAmbientLighting.dll to AacAmbientLighting.dll.bak, and AacAmbientLighting.exe to AacAmbientLighting.exe.bak, the renaming will be fine even if the app is running, so no need to go to safe mode.
3. Restart your computer, this removes the culprit from the memory. It won't start again because its files are missing.
4. When you find an update in Armoury Crate for this component, just restore the two files to their original names, then click the update.

Is it safe to do that? I mean, if the armory sees a missing file, doesn't the armory create another file of the same?

So far so good as long as you don't use "Windows Dynamic Lighting" functions. I don't know what it means actually. Without it, I still can change LED colors manually. It fails to start but Armoury Crate won't complain. There's no dumping process which means much less resource consumption. It doesn't create any new files. Remember to restore the names before there's an update to fix this.

I deleted the "AacAmbientHal" folder in "Safe Mode", also turned off "Dynamic Lighting", but left the item "Compatible applications in the foreground always control the lighting" enabled, also turned off auto-updates in the Microsoft Store, and, - I don't see any problems at all; the System Stability Monitor does not have this problem))
