So, I just bought my first Gaming Laptop which is TUF 14 (2024), but there are several problems that I have today.
First, when I turn it on without plugging it in, but then I decided to plugging it in, the brightness suddenly stuck (can't increase or decrease it). So I need to restart the laptop with the charger plug in. It didn't happen if I already turn it on for the first time with the charger plugged in.
Second, I notice that in the last two days, the screen turn ugly for several seconds-1 minute every time I try to turn it on or just restart the laptop (image attached).
