NVIDIA GPU not detected, PC won’t display anything after software changes

Hi everyone,

I’m having serious issues with my Asus TUF Gaming F15 laptop and I need help. Here’s the situation:

I have a NVIDIA GPU and Intel integrated GPU. My pc is an Asus TUF Gaming f15

Few hours ago, my NVIDIA GPU stopped being detected in Windows. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).

After that, my PC never recognized the NVIDIA GPU again – it doesn’t show in Device Manager, even with “Show hidden devices,” and NVIDIA services don’t appear.

I tried:

• BIOS reset to defaults

• Checking graphics configuration in BIOS (DVMT pre-allocated memory and modes)

• Switching iGPU/dGPU modes

• Reinstalling Intel drivers first, then NVIDIA drivers (official Asus versions)

• Using Windows “Detect hardware changes”

Despite all this, the NVIDIA GPU still doesn’t appear.

Then, while trying to tweak settings (I installed G-helper and set Turbo mode, thinking it would had fix my previous problem), and now my laptop stopped displaying anything.

Now when I turn it on, I get no logo, no display, no BIOS, no fan sound, keyboard lights come on but keys don’t respond.

The PC is powered, but it seems completely frozen – nothing displays internally or externally.

I tried :

• Windows+Ctrl+Shift+B to reset display

• Connecting an external monitor via HDMI

• EC reset / holding power button for 40–60 seconds

• Power cycling multiple times to trigger Windows recovery

Thank you for your help!
