Hi there! I was hoping someone could help me-
For some reason my computer keeps having its internet turned off, when I go into the bottom right corner where the options are, the option to turn on the internet (or bluetooth for that matter) isn't there at all. I ran this diagnostic thing on my computer and it told me to connect an ethernet cable but I don't have one of those. I think it might be a hardware issue or something because the internet seems to to turn off almost immediately if I move it slightly 😞
The only way I've been able to get the internet back on is repeatedly shutting down and restarting it until the internet stays but now my computer has started not letting me in because I keep shutting it down so much. Ultimately, it's very annoying and I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a solution. Thanks! 😄
