I would like to ask ASUS to please make an official statement regarding this. Many if not all laptop users is having this problem. It gets blamed on driver issues and now hardware over heating. You buy a laptop it works for a few months until your first update. From there it disconnects randomly. Before you know your laptop is out of warranty and you get bumped around in the cloud looking for solutions. I believe that ASUS know what the problem is and is not willing to solve the problem due to the cost or simply ignorance. Please do the right thing and stand by your Statement of Excellence.
