After reading many forums and possible solutions, I found one that has worked for me:

*** PLEASE PERFORM A RESTORATION POINT // ANY PROBLEM WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! // DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY ACTION IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ***

#1 Network Reset
1. Open Start and select "Settings > Network & Internet > Status";
2. At the bottom of the page, click on "Network reset";
3. Select "Reset now", and on the confirmation screen, select "Yes";
Note: The PC will need to be restarted.

#2 Checking for disk errors

1. Press the Windows + X keys and select Command Prompt (Administrator)
2. Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
3. When finished, type the command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth and press Enter.
4. After the above, perform the same process with DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

#3 Open the laptop and clean the WiFi board **

1. Watch some video on how to disassemble the PC.
2. Disconnect the battery.
3. Dismount the SSD (left side)
4. Disconnect the black and white cables from the WiFi card carefully and remove it.
5. Carefully clean the connectors.
6. Reassemble all parts.

**The disassembly process applies to the TUF A15 series.

It worked for me, so it may be a hardware problem.
