Lost OEM Recovery

Hello all! Recently, my ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506QM laptop got a BSOD error, and I had to hard reset the laptop, just forgetting about all the files, because there were not much files, as the laptop was just 2 months old. However, when I reinstalled the Windows 11, I manually downloaded all the drivers from the ASUS Support website, and installed them all, but still, the battery got disrupted and is malfunctioning, and the whole OS is very buggy now. In the ASUS Support website, it clearly says that some drivers are not available to be downloaded online:

And I guess the battery drivers are also not available. Now, the whole OS is acting weird, and I cannot get the original OEM Windows OS experience which comes with the laptop when it is first unboxed. Is there some way to get that OS back in my laptop?

Hello,

The laptop does not have any battery drivers and what you see in the message is about bundled software, like Norton AV, Mcafee, MS office or some other promotional content they would bundle at the time of install.

The battery is self monitoring and contains it's own smart chip and the motherboard simply regulates the power / charging and reports to the BIOS. This is done so that no software is required for it to function without issue, like you dont actually need an OS to run the laptop or charge the battery.

What are your issues with the battery and laptop not functioning?

Basically, I lost the original OEM Windows OS that came when I unboxed the PC. This led to the battery problem, and not only that, but the LED indicators are going weird too. I have a doubt. Is the OS I have now, after reinstalling, the same as the OEM Windows OS? Does ASUS provide any reflashing services? Also, why does the battery last much lesser suddenly? I recalibrated it, and nothing seemed to work. I am desperately searching for the ISO file of the ASUS OEM Windows.

Yeah, there is 0 difference (MS updates aside) with your Windows and the drivers you just installed, this is in no way causing the battery issue and there is no driver left out that you do not have access to.

Your issue must be from before, got any details on the BSOD and how this started?

No, I just turned on the laptop, and the BSOD error occurred. So, I reset my laptop. The thing is, in the OEM Windows, I get Armoury Crate and other software installed, but when I reset this laptop, all of them were gone, and my friend said that the OEM Windows that comes preinstalled had best optimization settings and a whole bunch of drivers that come preinstalled in the manufacturer outlet, but they are not available for me to download online, and there is a huge quality difference in manually reinstalled Windows 11 and the one that comes preinstalled. Also, is there a way to completely reset the laptop that all the BIOS settings, and all the data in the laptop is completely erased, making sure it is as good as new, and any previous data is erased? Hard reset still keeps some of the log files and data from previous resets and reinstallations. I need to reset the laptop in a way that it is in the state when it is new.

Click on the + expand all first and only use the latest one, like there will be multiple armourcrates or nvidia drivers, just get the top one.

Does your laptop have this feature in the BIOS?

No, my laptop does not have that feature in the BIOS. Now, as you said that the OEM Windows and the normal Windows OS are the same, I have another doubt, leaving that one. For some reason, my battery is draining too fast after the reset suddenly. It used to last for about 11 hours 31 minutes, but now it is lasting 5 hours. I recalibrated the battery by charging it to 100% and discharging it to 0%, but it didn't do anything.
