Today I moved my ASUS X571GT Laptop from the desk to another part of the house to do some work.
I come back and plug in my laptop and it's stuck at 10%. The icon will show the animation of charging for about 10 seconds before it gets stuck to this.
I normally keep my Battery on "Recommended" which is at 80% charge for longevity.
I've restarted my computer.
Shut it down started it back up again to refresh everything, and the battery is still at 10% and not climbing.
Even changed the battery settings from Recommended to Balance to full to back to Recommended, and nothing.
I ran a MyASUS test and it turns out there's an issue with the Adapter, and after leaving my laptop plugged in for 3hrs now, it finally grew up back up to 80%. Switched it the battery settings back to ASUS Recommended, ran another MyASUS test and now it's saying the adapter is healthy again.
Anybody ran into this issue?
