I had an issue where my laptop crashed during a driver update, causing the gpu to no longer be detected by the games i played, I ran DDU to do a clean install of the nvidia drivers, but now it tells me it doesnt detect the nvidia drivers and the gpu disappeared from device manager despite being visible in the BIOS, what can I do?
