Intel Evo Processor Issue With My Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED

Level 7
Hello everyone,

I recently purchased the Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED (UX8402) laptop with an Intel Evo [] Processor. However, I am experiencing some issues with the device, and I am seeking advice from the community on how to solve them.

The primary issue that I am facing is that the laptop's performance is not up to the mark, despite having an Intel Evo Processor. I expected the device to be lightning-fast, but it is taking longer than expected to launch applications and switch between them. This is very frustrating, especially when I am working on multiple tasks simultaneously.

I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including updating the drivers and performing a clean install of the operating system. However, none of these steps have resolved the issue. I have also checked the task manager to see if any applications are consuming an excessive amount of resources, but that does not seem to be the case.

I would appreciate it if anyone who has experienced similar issues or has knowledge of the subject could provide some advice on how to solve this issue. Could it be a hardware-related problem, or is it something that can be fixed through software tweaks? I am open to any suggestions.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Have you tried changing the settings in Aurmory Crate yet?

Or even from the asus control panel
with Performance Optimization

Or even change settings in the bios
