Help with FX505DU Temps

MrTDale
Level 7
Hello, I've been having a very high temperature when it comes to playing games (95c).
I've been looking for ways to decrease it and what I've found is to undervolt the processor so that it gets less power (?). The thing is, when I looked up any undervolting on my processor (Ryzen 7 3750h), what I've seen is that most of the things that support AMD Processor Undervolting doesn't work with a mobile processor like mine.

Another option I've found is "lowering TDPs" via a software called Ryzen Controller. From what I've seen these two things seem to be different but lowering TDP apparently helps with temperatures and feels a little bit similar to undervolting. What's the difference of both and is it safe to use this? Does it even work for a mobile processor?
