The game was running normally earlier and then my keyboard laptop was replaced and my ram is upgraded from 8 to 16 Gb .
I have given the laptop in service center but they are telling me that all hardware are good and the reinstalled my OS but then also my problem is not solved.
please tell me the problem is with software or hardware and ow to solve it
