Graphic card doesn't work

I have an asus tuf f17-tuf706hf hx 017, but the I cant get the card to work.

I deactivated the integrated graphic card in the device manager but it doesnt seem to work. I also tried to force applictions to use the dedicated card, but this hasnt solved the prolem either

How can I solve this problem ?

Your GPU seems to be blocked on the minimum frequency.

Try to make a material reset.
-Turn off laptop
-Press and hold the "power" button for 30-40 seconds
- Then Boot Normally

If this does not work, desinstall the Nvidia driver with DDU Uninstaller and install the Nvidia driver.

it didnt work I tried even deleting the integrated GPU and it didnt work installed and uninstalled the driver twice and doing the reset I dont know how many times
I even tried to reset my windows it didnt work
and no bios options seem to be linked to wich GPU im using so I really dont know, even bios options that should be there arent
the only thing I figured is that the frequency block go away when the integrated GPU is activated for some reasons
