I have the hf068ws model with 12700h and 3060 gpu. I use the tuurbo mode and ultimate mode to game and most games are capped at 95 degree celcius on cpu and 83 celcius on gpu. Is it normal? I dont like the 95 degrees temperature on my cpu

This is normal if you're not using a cooling pad (I use this one: Amazon.com: havit HV-F2056 15.6"-17" Laptop Cooler Cooling Pad - Slim Portable USB Powered (3 Fans),...). I'd strongly recommend using a cooling pad with this laptop (I have a very similar model and it greatly reduces temperatures).
The Intel rated spec for the max temperature of this CPU is 100 C, so 95 C is not going to damage your CPU. Laptops are designed to be fine running at their temperature limit, so I wouldn't worry too much.
You can use Throttlestop to cap the CPU power draw if you really want to, which would lower temperatures although reduce performance.
