Frequent Audio Dropouts with external soundcard and Asus TUF A16 on Windows 11

Hello !
I have a TUF A16 laptop with a Ryzen 9 7845HX, 32Go RAM, Windows 11, an integrated Radeon GPU, and an Nvidia RTX4070 GPU.

Everything works fine, but when I connect a Motu M6 audio interface via USB or USB-C and play audio through it (Spotify, YouTube, or Windows Media Player), I experience regular dropouts lasting about half a second. These dropouts happen every 30–50 seconds or so.

The audio interface works perfectly on a Dell laptop and a MacBook Pro, with no such issues.

Here is what I have tried so far:

  • Updated the BIOS.
  • Updated the Nvidia and Asus drivers.
  • Upgraded and downgraded MOTU drivers and firmware.
  • Uninstalled Asus-related software such as Armoury Crate and MyAsus.
  • Tested with and without Wi-Fi, LAN, and Bluetooth enabled.
  • Tested with and without an HDMI screen connected.
  • Tried "MSI utility" with different priority configurations.
  • Tried different USB ports and different USB cables.

I tried LatencyMon, and when I play an audio file or Youtube/Spotify page during analysis, my laptop often crashes and reboot after a few minutes. (it doesn't crashes without LatencyMon)...

There are no audio issues when no external audio interface is connected.
Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!
