Hi there, I bought a TUF laptop (Model - FX507VV4-LP084WS ) yesterday and I wanna upgrade the ram of it to 32GB DDR5 but the default came with only 8GB DDR4-3200. So can you guys pls let me know that if the motherboard supports DDR5-4800
DDR4 and DDR5 have different slot shapes, so you cannot upgrade to DDR5. However, check task manager under the RAM section. Under the "Slots Used" section, if it says 1 of 2, you can put another DDR4-3200 SODIMM stick in.
