I would like more ram. But I don't feel comfortable doing it myself. Has Asus got a department that will do it for me? Thank you

ASUS will do it for you, but it might be easier, faster and cheaper to take it to a local pc shop and have them do it for you.
You'd likely have to pay shipping both ways plus a labor charge if you send it to ASUS, then you'd have the wait time.
