Model: ASUS TUF Dash F15 FX517ZM-AS73
Problem: System runs for a short time, then screen goes black. External monitor freezes when connected. Num Lock becomes unresponsive, indicating total system lock.
What I’ve tried:
- Updated all drivers and BIOS
- Confirmed no overheating (temps are normal)
- Plugged into external monitor (same issue — display freezes)
- Attempted Safe Mode (still crashes)
- Full system reset + BIOS defaults
