Memory : 16GB RAM
Graphics : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
OS : 64 bit Windows 11 Home 21H2

i have facing this problem for almost 2 years i tried to check my rams and my SSD they seemed fine, i made stress test on my gpu and cpu they seem fine but in the middle of nowhere my screen either turns blue or black and crashing which made me very annoyed.

i updated every driver, installed windows 10 and 11 and made tests with checking everything but still even with booting it crashes in the middle of booting when i reinstalled so i dont think it would be a driver. the thing is it causes very randomly and i dont know what to do anymore

Hello,

What are your stress testing methods for the GPU and CPU?

Does your laptop BIOS have the option for you to choose the AMD GPU or nvidia GPU? if so can you try only the AMD to see what happens?

If not power power the laptop only with the battery and / or have power save mode active at all times (this usually disables the nvidia GPU)

And do you have an external monitor to try so that when it's plugged in the laptop display is disabled.

Also over the time you have used the laptop what have you been using it for? if gaming do you ever monitor the temperatures / any idea what they get or during the stress tests? (CPU/GPU/VRM/HOTSPOT)
