GPU fan is disfunction (dead) on Asus TUF fx505DV

FA507XI - stuttering issues
My laptop is only week old. Only thing I did was to add new ssd. I realized my laptop micro stutters/lags when screen is closed and I touch pad for a second. Same issue happens when I click at wifi/Bluetooth menu.
