I have a really annoying problem with my ASUS TUF Gaming F15 laptop (exact part number: FX507ZC4). It restarts by itself as soon as it goes into standby, or when I turn off or unplug my second screen.
This is not a normal reboot: when I turn my PC back on from standby, it stays on for a while (about 1 minute), then reboots.
I've tried everything:
- Windows 11 full reset
- Update drivers via MyASUS + Intel + Nvidia
- BIOS update not possible via Windows Update
- Disable Quick Start and Hybrid Standby
- Test without external screen (problem remains)
I also ran analyses with WhoCrashed and HWMonitor: no thermal problems, no third-party drivers failing.
In the Event Viewer it tells me; "critical: The system has rebooted without stopping properly first. This error can occur if the system becomes unresponsive, hangs or unexpectedly loses power."
Has anyone had this bug before? Or a more advanced solution?
