I've had this Asus laptop since March of this year (2024), but haven't messed around with Aura Sync much, because I only had the one device (the laptops keyboard). Well, now bought the new Asus ROG Delta II and wanted to try to have Aura Sync work with both the laptops keyboard and the headphones. I've run into a problem though (shown in the two pictures below).
This first picture shows my two devices that are capable of Aura sync, my laptop and my headphones. But you can see there is a "(\) not working" over the FA707NV laptop.
The second picture shows the words that appear when you hover over the "(\) not working" symbol. They read, "this device cannot sync lighting effects with other devices
Things that I have tried.
- Update all devices and software.
- Completely uninstalling Aura Sync and Armory Crate and doing fresh installs.
- Install Asus' "Lighting_Control_1.07.84_v2" and did all of those updates.
- I've gone through my Laptops drives & tools updates to see if there was any "Aura Sync" or "Light Control" updates there.
- Other combinations of the above, etc.
Nothing has worked. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I would really like to start buying more Aura Sync products to match my growing collection.
