I have recently purchased this laptop, within a day of use, it went dead, not charging not turning on .led is also not on. It costed me 1.i lacs in India. What I did:-
I updated through windows update,
Installed butduffender antivirus and removed macfee.
Updated bios through myasus app.
Installed forza horizon 5 and spiderman 2 game. While I was playing spiderman2 it suddenly gone. Then never it turned on . Asus support and flipkart support is also terrible.
