Asus TUF Gaming A15 FA507 Power button is not working

Dear Support Team,

I recently purchased an Asus TUF Gaming A15 FA507 laptop and have encountered an issue with the power button. It functions inconsistently and only works intermittently. The battery is fully charged at 100%, and the laptop is connected to a power source. Additionally, I can see a white light on the mainboard.

Could you please assist in identifying the cause of this problem and recommend a solution?

i will avoid to double same subject, and will write here to my question; I had same issue with FA507, it works only when the laptop is warm. It does not work in the room temperature but when the laptop is warming ( playing game etc) it works. could you please let us know what is the reason?
