Hey everyone, so I've been using the laptop for quite a while now and the Wi-Fi is superb... except when I'm a bit far from my router, which is like almost 15 meters away from bedroom, the coverage is there but it barely picks up any data. Like it's so slow, less than 5mbps something like that (unlike my midrange phone which is same distance, can still get 100 to 150mbps). I didn't know what to do, I tried to update to the latest Wi-Fi drivers from MyASUS but it's already latest (V6001.15.146.1), until I found out that there's more recent version of the driver on Optional Updates. I installed the new one (V6001.15.149.100). The coverage is MUCH MUCH BETTER. Wi-Fi finally is stable even far from the router. I get faster speeds now even when I'm far, again. Those who are suffering from bad Wi-Fi coverage or speed might want to try this solution.
