I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance regarding persistent issues I’ve been experiencing with my ASUS TUF A15 FA507NVR laptop.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been encountering random blue screen (BSOD) crashes, often without any specific trigger. The error codes vary but have included messages such as:
I have also run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, which failed with error code 0x800f0915, indicating that my Windows system image may be corrupted.
Additionally, system stability issues continue even after basic troubleshooting (driver updates, memory tests, clean boot, etc.).
I am currently using a clean NVMe SSD and have kept my BIOS version up to date. Despite this, the system remains unstable.
