Hi all, i bought the above laptop FX707VI from Amazon in the UK in February of this year.
Since i've owned it, It has never powered up from the battery. Only when the charger is connected.
When powering up from battery power the power light comes on and it does the 4 lights in the x pattern, the rgb keyboard lights up and i can hear the fans spinning but the display remains black.
Plug in the charger and the display instantly lights up and i see the Asus logo followed by the laptop booting into windows.
Basically the laptop only seems to post once i plug in the charger and seems to be stuck waiting for it when powered up from the battery.
Is this normal behaviour or is there something wrong?
