Asus tuf f15 FX506LU screen flickering black screen

The problem began 2 years ago when some horizontal black lines appeared on the bottom of the screen

I discovered that it only happened when the refresh rate is 144 Hz (didn't face the problem on 60Hz)

I downloaded CRU to add other refresh rate profiles 

First I used 130 Hz then the problem occured again so I decreased to 120 and it happened again and I kept decreasing untill I reached 60Hz

Today I am facing the same problem on 60 Hz and the screen is 80% black on 144 Hz 

I've tried every tipical software solution but nothing worked 

Please help

Identical problem here, right now. It seems that you guys all, like me, owning a FX506LU or similar purchased 2-3 years ago, right? I think this is a serious unacceptable hardware problem with these gaming series.
