Hi, i recently bought a Asus TUF Dash F15 with an RTX 3060, i7-12650h and 16G ram earlier, i wasnt having any issues with the laptop until recently when i started encountering performance issues.
The 3060 supplied onboard has a TDP of 80w + 25w boost, however as of recently the power the graphics card has drawn has dropped to a range between 20-25. thus dropping fps in games.
I have also seen the tempratures during idle around 87c on the gpu and 92c on the cpu.
I have tried running Need For Speed:Unbound on my usual settings which was a mix of high and ultra at 1080p
just 2 days apart and in the latest test i receieved frame rates of 15 - 25. I used to get 60+ before the issues started.
The laptop is 10 months old as of now and has not had any issues yet, these are the first ones. I do not know any solution to fix both these issues and it would be appreciated to find any answers for my issue.

I checked MyAsus and it appears my fan is doing 0 RPM
