At the beginning, I wanted to inform you that the problem has been there from the very beginning, from the time of purchase. I think i have an unusual problem, because noone knows how to help me, the service claims everything is ok ( i guess because they didn't even turn on any game) but in reality i is not. Namely, the point is that it is a gaming laptop, as the name suggests. created for games. The problem appears when i play games, after about 10/15 minutes the problem i am writing appears and it varies depending on which game i have running. For example CS2 after 10 minutes every port like cut off and doesn't work i mean headset, mouse and even bluetooth, sometimes after 30secs is everything good but sometimes system just turn off. in League of Legends after 10 minutes ports are cut off, but when i plug off and then plug in my mouse everything works but its still annoying. I was playing CS2 and League of Legends at amoury crate SILENT mode, there is 60 fps max and there were no crashes, everything was ok, but if i ran Red Dead Redemption 2 even SILENT mode doesn't help. I just wanted to point out that I have already reinstalled the drivers, uninstalled armoury crate, created new Microsoft account, changed booting at BIOS and nothing helped me. Please if you have some ideads how to fix it i would be very thankful..
I slowly don't have the strength anymore because I spent a lot of money on it and I just feel robbed.
