I got this laptop in 2023. I got extended warranty as well.
Since day one, my system was crashing on switch from iGPU to dGPU, the MUX switch was causing issue. The problem was persistent and multiple users were facing the same issue. People told that it was a driver/engineering level issue and the technician will not be able to solve it. Also my system was new and I wanted no body to open it, so I never sent it with technician.
2 years later my motherboard was blown. I sent it with technician, they repaired the motherboard (thank you extended warranty). My MUX switch is working great now. No failures.
Asus have shipped faulty motherboards in ASUS A16 Advantage 2023 models. If you are facing similar issue then either get the motherboard replaced or run the system on Ultimate mode in armoury crate till motherboard lasts.
