I have a Asus Tuf A16 older addition Laptop that I bought new on Amazon. I had it over a year with no issues until I updated to Windows LH22. Somehow during the update my laptop went into sleep mode. When trying to wake the laptop I ended up with a black screen. Updates didn't fully install and booting up seem to take forever. I noticed that laptop still boots up and sound of the windows log in would chime but nothing on the laptop monitor, just black screen. I connected my laptop to an external monitor it works fine but when unplug the HDMI cable the monitor screen is still black. My laptop display would not recognize in settings.
After uninstalling windows LH22 updates, reinstalling, and even doing a recovery with a fresh new windows download still no joy. I could really use some help getting my laptop up and running again if any of you had previous experience with the same issue. Seems to me to be a software issue, not a hardware issue. Thanks guys!
