hello, so i am having a lot of problems with my asus tuf a 15 fa507rm laptop since i bought it new 2 years ago. it keeps freezing and restarting if i unpluging from outlet, and making it unusable . Also it freezes and restarts if i want to use it on battery with silent and eco mode, it just unusable at all. so for last 2 years i was locked to outlet as a pc and i got sick of it. it only working fine if i set it in armoury crate on turbo mode and on ultimate mode+pluged in. then it gives me no isues if its pluged in. other than that is just unusable. i have reseted this laptop thousands of times , updated bios to 3.15 , reseted again multiple times, updated windows with diferent updates and without any updates, also i have deleted amd and nvidia drivers to instal recomended by asus and original drivers provided with laptop but no diference.... and it just works fine pluged in to outlet+turbo mode+ultimate mode...i am really disapointed with this product and i dont think i would be getting asus products ever again. can someone help me out to sort this worst product i ever spent money on ? or atleast guide me to right direction? i also tried to uninstal armoury crate and use g-helper but then laptop isnt even loading to windows and hangs in bios... i have cleaned laptop many times from dusts and reaplied termal paste on both cpu and gpu. please i beg someone to end my agony with this laptop......... thanks for replies

i have same model laptop and it does same thing+ i cant us it unpluged as it freezes instantly, i have updated bios to 3.15 but still same problems, so i got in touch with asus suport and they told me its hardware issue and i need to fill out RMA form to arrange tests and repairs with specialists. in fact i just ordered RMA repairs today from asus. i suggest to do same. i tried all possible troubleshootings and my own experienced tests and fixes, just get in touch with asus at this point. good luck

Hi everyone,
I’ve been facing consistent freezing issues with my Asus TUF A15 FA507RM, especially during gaming sessions or while running heavy applications. The system just locks up randomly, and I have to do a hard reset to get it working again. I’ve already tried updating drivers, reinstalling Windows, and running diagnostics, but the problem persists.
I’m starting to wonder if it’s related to hardware overheating or possibly a software conflict. Has anyone else experienced something similar with this model? What solutions worked for you?
By the way, if you're looking for budget-friendly deals on electronics or ways to save while troubleshooting, you should definitely Save Money by exploring great deals at Goodwill outlets. It’s a fantastic way to find affordable tech and accessories!
